Las Vegas Vacation Homes

Author: admin - Categories: Las Vegas Vacation Homes, Las Vegas Vacations

Las Vegas is a great place to have a vacation. I personally prefer renting a rental home instead of going to a hotel like the Bellagio or Treasure Island.  Renting a home in Las Vegas is pretty reasonable these days but its always good to look around at all the major rental sites in Las Vegas and to barter with the home owner. This economy sucks and everyone seems to be hurting, especially people renting real estate.

Consider Renting a Home in Las Vegas When on Vacation

Author: nick21 - Categories: Las Vegas, Las Vegas Tips, Las Vegas Vacation Homes, Las Vegas Vacations

Check out this Las Vegas Rental home:

Now you can get a home like this in Las Vegas, in a gated community, for under $1,500 per month. That’s about $50 dollars a day! Of course, if you want some luxuries(e.g. a bowling alley) your going to have to pay a bit more.

My point being, if you are going to Las Vegas for any period of time longer than a week you should definitely consider renting out a home in Las Vegas. It’s private and it won’t do to much harm to your wallet.

Rent this Las Vegas rental home here.

Save Money When You Go to Vegas By Effectively Managing Your Appliances

Author: nick21 - Categories: Las Vegas Vacations

Many homeowners wonder about how to adjust their water heater while they’re away. If you have a gas water heater, set the temperature dial to the VAC or “vacation” setting.

If you don’t have this setting, turn the thermostat as low as it will go - but don’t turn it completely off. If you do, you’ll have to relight the pilot light when you get home, and with most water heaters this requires a service call from a professional.

If you have an electric water heater, cut the power at the breaker or fuse in the service panel.

With either type of water heater, It’s not necessary to drain out the water from the tank, but when you come home, be sure to let the water reach at least 120 degrees before using it.

Get a Cheap Flight to Las Vegas

Author: nick21 - Categories: Las Vegas Vacations

If you book your flight round trip, it will be cheaper than if you don’t. Understanably, when you go to vacation in Las Vegas you may not know when you are going to return, just a thought.

When going on a Las Vegas vacation, if you are looking to save a few bucks on your activities(which you should be) planning ahead always helps. Researching the hotel rates, ordering show tickets way in advance and the biggest is stick to your gambling limit.

Be Sure to Practice Your Casino Games

Author: nick21 - Categories: Las Vegas Casinos, Las Vegas Vacations

With the availability of tutorial software you can now practice and play at home to sharpen your skills before you go to the casino. Learning to play casino games at home on the computer is fun as well as educational. You are getting the enjoyment of playing the game so it doesn’t feel like you are actually “studying” to learn the game. Most human beings are a little sensitive to criticism. Let’s face it we don’t like to be corrected and have our mistakes pointed out to us all the time. If you had someone watching over your shoulder while you played and pointed out every mistake you made you would either give up trying to learn or worse yet resort to some kind of physical violence directed at that person.

A computer takes any human emotions out of the learning processes. There is no embarrassment when the computer beeps and alerts you to a mistake you just made. It’s impersonal and you take it all in stride and carry on. Playing and practicing at home will teach you the proper strategy and help build your confidence. Once you have your mistakes down to a minimum you will be ready to play in the casino.

A Las Vegas Vacation sure can be a fun time. Especially if you know how to play the games your risking you money at. Learn to play before you play!

Spend Your Time Wisely in Vegas

Author: nick21 - Categories: Las Vegas Travel, Las Vegas Vacation Homes, Las Vegas Vacations

A Las Vegas Vacation can be a great expierience. Though, if it is your first time and you don’t know the city, you may miss out on some wonderful memories and expieriences. Below are a few things that I believe will enrich your Las Vegas Vacation expierience.

  • Make sure not to overdue it at the tables. Las Vegas is the city of gambling, but it’s not all it has to offer you on your vacation. Set a money and time limit for yourself and stick with it. Not following these Las Vegas gambling guidelines can result in stress and regret.
  • Plan your vacation at a time where a performer favorite of yours is in town performing. There are always shows in Las Vegas, but, of course, seeing an act you know you will enjoy will enrich your vacation experience.
  • The Bellagio Texas Hold ‘em tournements. If you are not a poker player this probably won’t work for you. The Bellagio offers great tournements throughout the day and it can be a whole lot of fun.
  • Be sure to walk the strip at night. All those bright lights are just awesome for a walk on the town, very exciting to see for the first time live.
  • Stay in a rental house if possible, rather than a hotel. It can be more pricey, but if you can afford it, it will be worth it. I was sold at the idea of having my own pool!

This is how I would reccomend a Las Vegas Novice to spend there vaction time. Of course everyone is different and you will find things about the city of Las Vegas you love to do on your trips there.
